Over training with Desert Running Weights is easy!
Severe physical and psychological damage will result.

As with any exercise, please use caution to not overdo your workout with Desert Running Weights.  Don’t over-train.

Start with a small weight on each foot and build up over time.   The relatively low weights of Desert Running Weights were designed to provide an excellent workout, yet minimize risk of strain and injury.
