The weight strip slips under the shoe laces and on top of the tongue.

You can easily adjust the weight from 1 to 4 weights per shoe, depending on your preference and readiness.  It’s a good idea to build up to more weights over time.

The weights will remain in place as you train, whether you run, walk, or jump.
